Doing HRT just for penis shrinkage when you aren't trans is really fucking dangerous. People who have transitioned to prove that dysporia doesnt exist and for other reasons have had several mental health issues afterwards (multiple suicide attempts, depression for years afterwards, etc)

From what I understand, in reading and so on, its not actually the hormones that cause the shrinkage, its the lack of use. When you start HRT one of the first things to change is your libido. It usually drops way way down, to the point where you just don't get horny anymore, or its only once a week or two or three times a month etc.
Put the fact that lots of transgirls dont like thinking about or interacting with their dicks, and it makes for a double combo of some people just not doing anything, and thus the organ atrophies.
