I know most hentais last 8-12 pages on average, so only dedicating 1-2 pages to setup is usually key to meeting the porn quota, and they can't include everything. What i enjoy the most and what is the most scarce (sadly) is the thrill of being stuck and fighting back. In my experience, i've had to make-do with horror stories even if i don't like them because they're the ones that actually put a negative light on it, unlike every other one.
