The underlying reasoning for why I am attracted to size? Speculating here since I haven't thought much in depth on it but perhaps because it's an indication of fertility and/or how well she is cared for or takes care of herself.

For me, a lot of it is about power. Partly the standard domination power, sure, but also the ability to actually do things. To kick ass, to lift things, to be able to hold their own in a fight or just in life. Hell, even the fact that they got that muscly, presumably through either a tough life or a lot of effort, is attractive to me just by itself. Everything about them implies ability, or reliability, both in general and in extreme circumstances.

The athletic type is sexy; I'm not into the huge impossible muscles. But of the ones I like, it's like... Well, I like girls who don't seem fragile. It's the aesthetics mostly. I really appreciate anyone who's gone trough the extra steps to make her body look like a real work of art, just to look good in tight jeans and a leather jacket, in these times when too many people are complacent on being fat, sick looking slobs.
Powerplay doesn't really factor into it, because I can enjoy my muscle girls as both dominant AND submissive.
