Do you mean the "a_data" folder? I actually have no idea why it's there. If you mean the "oviposition_file" folder than that's just the way the webpages are saved.
It's not really for anything. It's a setting that I had floating around in my head. I ended up using it as the basis for my f-list character.

After a quick bit of googling, apparently it's something called a "tenaculum"... which is basically a pair of scissors, except instead of blades they have horrible sharp pinchy bits at the end. It's so they can stop the cervix shuffling around and keep it steady, or something.
(Although, friend used to work in sexual health and fitted coils etc, and she said their practice used things that were basically crocodile clips. Pretty sure I got the clip.)
Apparently I have a relaxed / loose cervix, so the actual IUD went in easily without hurting. Just those damn horrible clamp things were agony.
Also felt the little arms on the mirena extend inside. That was cool, and sort of hot. But mostly at the time it was OH GOD WHY DID YOU CLAMP MY CERVIX.

There's a surgery called a hysterectomy, though I believe it is reserved for critical medical reasons as it is highly invasive. An IUD is a good second though.
