It could work very easilly if FCDev's fetishes were not in boolean. As it is now, you can only have slaves that are masochists or aren't masochists, but there is no gradation to how masochistic they are. If it was a variable, we could have very very masochistic or very submissive slaves that would naturally be expected to enjoy extreme forms of abuse and even not get mindbroken.
But of course that's beyond a lot of work to implement at this stage, so I don't blame FCdev for not even humoring it.
