It's "Stan G" (in the signature), that is "Stan Goldberg", an artist who intentionally mimicked Archie's style, and actually worked with Archie time to time.

The 70s one is still "girls looking for boys" but seems more feminism-ed. The 50s one is pretty cliche... "women looking for strong engineers with money" shit.
None of it would fly today, with tumblr being tumblr. And yeah I guess it's obvious it was all written by guys.
