I'm not quite sure if Hoodwinked counts because even by 2005 standards the animation was pretty shit.

It actually wasn't bad. The animation is a huge turnoff but the script and voice acting is mostly decent.

That was my first reaction when I saw the thread. I remember when it first premiered on Cartoon Network and was advertised all the time it still looked weird. I think in general they chose a weird ass style and even if it had a blockbuster budget whoever designed them would ultimately make that not matter. The girls eyes for instance just looks creepy and those huge eyes always look creepy.
