I hate this about MtF stories. They always treat it as a disaster. Favorite thing as far as TS fetish stuff? That's a tough one. The magic lesson series I've been doing got me to draw a bunch of stuff I never thought I was into (at least from an artistic standpoint), like muscle/weight gain. I've been less into TG, as I've done mostly all I feel I can do with that. Mommification/Stepfordization's a fun one. Has TS covered that one yet?
Any transformation is just interesting to draw, for reasons already covered by other folks in this thread.

You could totally do some fun composition for this, too. Have them all sort of on top of each other. Have Brain-Drained Sam at the bottom, spaced out and sprawled on the ground. Then, behind her and looming above her, have Muscle Alex huge and ripped, her veins bulging as she strains. Finally, above them all, have Fat Clover oozing and sagging over Alex's hard body, pouting indignantly down at her.
