This was a shitty piece of shit, the mid-2000s were awful for animated movies.
The only decent Dreamworks cgi movie was Shrek 1. Everything since then has been stale talking animal pop culture hackjobs. They should go back to making movies like Road to Eldorado
I still have no idea what kino means.

I think it means "cinema" in german.

>Shrek 1
>not Shrek 2

Maybe I'm in the ultra-minority here, but I felt like Shrek 1 was better than Shrek 2. The pop culture references flowed better and the plot felt less awkward in 1 than 2.
Also, Shrek 1 has Smash Mouth. 2 does not.

I'm with you on that one. Magic Hollywood was just too on the nose for me

"Kinography". The "kin" prefix meaning motion, as in "kinetic", "kinesis", etc. And obviously "-ography" as in cinematography or photography.
So literally "the art of motion".

And in Russian.

pretentious way to say a movie in the most positive way

I'm still confused about the usage here but it's a Russian loan word for movie in my language

>I'm still confused about the usage here
Yeah, I reember someone saying it had to do with being the best type of movie in a field or something but when I've seen it for at least the past month it has been used as an insult instead. I don't know if people were just mocking the original use or if no one ever really did have a definition for it and it quickly became one of those words with no real definition here.
