To be frank what I remember reading of Jem she wasn't THAT bad, She is kinda too new to know how to handle some things, like character intros in Jem are about as subtle as a brick, Rio comes off as incredibly creepy, Stormer and Kimber's relationship was so quick I got whiplash but to be honest I think some of that could be fixed.

You know, I tried reading these books a while ago, and it seems like it has a solid core if it wasn't for some of the more bullshit parts of it (Like the crazy fast relationships and the feeling of the whole thing being rushed).
Does it get better past issue 6, or are the same issues present?

I don't even look at them so much as the shape of the lettering and what's going on with the page. Reading them takes you out because they're so derp. Like a lot of lyrics without music to it, but this has no option for music so one has to let art wash over and through them

This whole issue does a lot for me liking Pizzazz. Good band leadership, doing normal stuff and having a friendship with someone outside that weird music world even if he is only 9 and a shitty internet gamer, and PARTY CRASHING ANTICS
