/co/ related character who're in the process of beating ass, getting their shit pushed in, or just having the slobberknocker to end all slobberknockers.
Are there any comics with a story arc that involves a character going through lengthy rehabilitation from serious injuries sustained in battle?
I occasionally read characters just mentioning off-hand that they "cracked a rib" or something, but it's never mentioned again and by next issue they're just fine.

They heal fast, but to a lesser extent so does Spidey. He doesn't regen during battles, which I think is the important part and he gets FUCKED. UP. on the reg.
