About to watch Rise of the Guardians for the first time. Wish me luck.
I wouldn't call it a bad film looking at it as a standalone piece, but when you discover the source material and the much cooler concepts from the earlier drafts, the movie's flaws get magnified and you just see all the Wasted Potential.

I love this movie. It gives off strong Rankin/Bass vibes, and the visuals still hold up. It might be my personal favorite DreamWorks movie.Why is the fanbase so cringe? I mean I know why, but seriously.
I always thought Dreamworks should do more theatrical shorts.
