If I could reboot everything as I please, I would retire Bruce into a gray-haired mentor role, have Dick be Batman, Tim be Robin, Jason be dead, Damian (in his 20s, no costume but business suits) would not be a member but would fill some kind of a "conflicted insider" role the way Talia used to in the Al Ghul camp, Cass would be Batgirl, Steph would be Spoiler, Barbara would be crippled and Oracle.
Roles:
Bruce - I used to be Batman
Dick - I'm Batman
Tim - Kind of a hybrid of all the Robin roles, a geeky, athletic down-to-earth perspective on things
Cass - Tragic moe waifu beatdown extravaganza
Barbara - Tragic reminder of what happens if Cass fucks up
Steph - Comic relief, main duty is making everybody else look good
