I can't remember if Manta's costume looked like this last issue, but this is looking like a good redesign for him. I really like the darker helmet and the more pronounced red "gills" on the neck.

Aquaman needs some new enemies. I feel like this story has been told so many times before already.

I feel like I'm missing something with this book.
This book was basically what I was afraid DC would be like when the meat and potatoes rumor went out. The rest of Rebirth has felt a lot more creative, honestly.
