No. They have one new story at the beginning (in classic Archie style), then the rest is full of random reprints. They don't duplicate very often (I think they wait at least 5 years if not longer before reprinting a story), so you can just grab a digest book whenever you want one to read.

The digests are literally a mixed bag. Best bets are the "Best of" books, Americana series (sixties through eighties) or, if you can find any, digests that are at least 20 years old.
