This image really needs to be updated. The female Waybad is based on Stocking while one of the other Waybad's look like EVA 01, there is also the Cow & Chicken cameo, Gutrot being based on Koffing & Weezing, the Magikarp and Gyrados cameos and the Mad Max references with Mad Ben's arc.
