There are very few characters that would this in Marvel. Safe bet is indeed Daredevil, but also maybe Jessica Jones after how well received her show was, and how fitting her role as a P.I. goes with their style of gameplay.
I can't think of a great many street level (and Telltale stories all almost exclusively such) heroes that fit the bill. It might be a bit redundant, being that he is already getting the PS4 game, but perhaps Spidey? Peter Parker fits their ground level play, and Spider-Man fits their set pieces.
