Fast. Deadly fucking fast. I love, or loved, Gabe and Tycho, but it was Khoo who turned their autism into gold. Without him they're going to go to Hell at lightning speed.

I met Khoo once, incidentally. It was about a decade ago, he was traveling through Texas and I met him in Austin. It was fun. He seemed like a nice savvy guy, so I wish him well.

Their softer tone is a symptom of their success. If they weren't as big as they are now, they would probably still be as blatantly offensive as they were once upon a time, but over the last decade or so every time Gabe pisses someone off (which he does a lot) there are actual financial repercussions, people pulling out of their expos, sponsors going apeshit, etc.
