Made a superhero comic when I was a freshman about a hero named Galactose and his hero friends Big Mac (a rip-off of Franky from One Piece) and Pandaman (a rip-off of Pandaman from One Piece).

I thought of creating MLP fancomic, where instead of ponies, main cast would be various supernatural creatures (unicorns would be replaced by elves, pegasi by angels, and earth ponies by elementals, and alicorns by actual gods) living in spirit world. Idea was to make a reimagining of MLP, trying adhere to general plots of every episode, turning them into this fantasy/urban fantasy (modern day Earth would pop up sometimes) way.
Spike would be a dragon called Bloodfang (as a reference to Asian dragon myths and dnd, dragon would be shapeshifters), who would get lost in the human world as a street kid, and wouldn't know who he was.
First page would involve some fat guy trying to rape him in an alley, and local version of Twilight (I don't remember what her name was supposed to be, notes for that idea were lost) saving him, and explaining to him who he was. Page would end with her saying 'Your real name is" - page break, and next page would cut to Twilight yellinh "Bloodfang!" in present day, in a parallel to opening scenes of first episode of MLP.
That outline is as far as I gotten with this.
Oh, and in similar vein, I thought of adapting Cupcakes into a comic, too. Idea was to make it as a challenge, 'can I make Cupcakes actually scary'? This one went much further, I made a general outline for all pages. Still, thank god I never finished it.

Wrote fan fiction for Disney cartoons, like Lion King and shit, in high school (I'm not Lion King Adventures guy). It wasn't at all fetish-related or sexual, but arguably that makes it worse because I just really wanted to tell stories in those universes instead of making up my own shit. Never told anyone IRL or had any personal information attached to those stories.
Also when I was under 10, probably in like third grade, I wrote sort of a kinky story with some characters from a random cartoon. The show wasn't important so much as the fact that I found the shit I was writing hot. Having no real knowledge of sexuality at that point but still being aware enough to know the shit I'd just written was weird and would raise a lot of questions if my parents or friends found it, I felt incredibly ashamed and tore it up immediately after writing.

Basically assorted doctors from the non-Transformers stuff made the internet a mix of all their franchises, and then Transformers woke up and shit got nuts. Got 4 chapters in before dropping it. Right around the time Doc Scratch was introduced in the comic, I spearheaded a Homestuck meet up at my local anime con. Before then, there were a few cosplayer here and there but it was never as much of a staple Fandom as it became later. It got so big that one of the music team made the trip to Sacramento from LA to be there.
I put a lot of effort into it, got some help, got the word out and before long it was stupidly immense, around 60-75 people, and we made it a potluck so there were immense quantities of cake, Faygo, and even frozen gummy frogs.
We also made some pinatas for the event, filled with everything from candy to tiny toy caterpillars that we painted to look like troll grubs. When we hung the pinata of an 8-ball up, people wouldn't back the fuck up and some poor girl dressed as Feferi got NAILED in the stomach with the stick.
Of course I felt awful about that at the time, but over the years I think I feel more guilt over planting the seed of homestuck Fandom in my local con. The little bastards are everywhere now...

Okay, I used to make a sonic fan comic that went on for tons of pages.
It was considered a continuation of Sonic Adventure 2.
The Death of Shadow is literally the first chapter.
In the first part, the Govt. decides that weapons like the Space Colony Ark should be destroyed.
Rouge is sent in, to investigate if there are any other weapons/items of interest aboard the ARK.
She takes Knuckles because, why the hell not?
On the colony, they uncover that the cannon had a purpose. It was encoded in the diary of Gerald Robotnik. Only it wouldn't function without the proper being to control it.
Rouge sends a message back to the president, who isn't hearing any of this. "It's an election year, god dammit. Begin the process to drop it into the ocean Rouge."
She and Knuckles does so, but they take the now decoded Diary with them to Eggman.
Chapter 2 - Only 1 Year Left
Eggman reads the data fully and understands that Gerald predicted an invasion a year later. All hope would be lost but Eggman saw the usefulness of Shadow. Using the armband that Sonic gave him as a request, he mapped out Shadow's genes and made a template for clones.
Thus, Rouge and Knuckles meet Shadow II.
Because of him being a clone, he has no memories of what happened. No Maria backstory to weigh down his decisions.
Shadow II breaks out of the lab and starts wreaking general havoc in Station Square.
Chapter 3 - Fastest thing Alive
Sonic gets called, this time not being mistaken for the hedgehog that's on a destructive rampage.
He and Tails use the Tornado Z to get to Station Square fast. Tornado Z uses a fake master emerald as a power source, Tails found that fakes of the Master Emerald have more power than the fake chaos emerald did.
Upon seeing Shadow II, Sonic goes to talk.
Confused about the things Sonic is saying, Shadow II starts fighting him.
At this point, they have 8 months to convince Shadow II to save the world and rig up the weapon that the Ark was going to use.
