Besides, Mottom isn't portraying herself as a victim (though Allison and the readers think so), but rather a "victim" of fate: that fate twists who you are and transform you into someone you never thought you'd be. Mottom is trying to teach Allison that she will suffer the same, that fate will twist who she is and set her on a path she will never return from, and she will have no choice on the matter.
It's really easy to see where Abaddon is going with this, and you're an idiot if you can't see it. Abby isn't the sort to blatantly shove explicit 'political' crap into his own comic.

So, I remember there were some arguments on Demiurge strengths in the past. Here's some stuff to check out.
Q: Are all the demiurges basically equal in power or are some significantly stronger or weaker than the rest?
A: There are significant power differences between them, personally and politically. But it’s kept in balance since any one of them that gets too ambitious can be crushed by the rest.
So Mottom, being 2nd to the bottom, is one of the weaker Demiurges. So to make it easy to understand, while Jagganoth is an entire Goku all on his own, the other 6 don't actually compose 1/6th a Goku each (the match is all bullshit anyway, mind you, since Juggs is apparently 3/4th a Goku). That said, the ONLY ones stronger than the Demiurges is Metatron, so Juggernaut and Maya being above them in strength isn't true.
Also there was the idea that our current 7 are weaker than the old guard of the past, but it seems that's not necessarily true.
