Animation networks decline?

This is an outdated graph and I would like an update on if it still applies? Has the decline slowed, stopped or reversed? It it's either of the first 2, how long until we see a massive change in how cartoons make money.

They need to realise that young people of that age don't watch tv anymore, a lot have access to the internet, I feel as if they need to move onto online streaming services to survive.

They'll make a grab for their own private streaming service.
That'll fail and they'll go to Netflix.
Kids younger than 5 now are all hooked on Netflix already.
It's super easy for parents to use for their kids cooldown time. Just throw up Sesame Street or one of the other dozen shows they have there.

it's my hope that things will migrate online some more.
i was at a talk with Fred Seibert (Fredator) where he said some things about the state of the industry and internet is kinda the place to be.
