How many times is the nature/temperament of the Venom symbiote been retconned? More times than Deadpool's backstory?
How much more powerful is the Venom symbiote now physically? I remember it being stated in the Superior Venom arc that the symbiote is more powerful then it use to be. Would you guys say it's around original Carnage level? Are there any feats to compare?

Early on the symbiote was established as having a multiplicative effect on the user's strength plus adding the strength of long-term hosts
That's why Brock was so much stronger than Parker. The symbiote gave Brock Peter's strength+amplifying his own bulk.
Carnage was stronger than Venom because, as offpsring, it was Spider-Man Strength+Brock Strength+(Kasady strength*Symbiote multiplier)
So, if this logic was followed through (and I guarantee you it hasn't been) right now the Venom symbiote should be as strong as Spider-Man, bodybuilder Eddy Brock, enhanced supervillain Mac Gargan, and army veteran Flash Thompson, along with augmenting the natural strength of whoever is using it

For the symbiote, I chose Scorn.
Abilities- Fire immune, Separate form, regeneration, and invisible.
Companions- Sidekick and Vigilante
Drawbacks- Menace, nemesis

It's always the same people and images, nothing new ever happens with symbiotes besides the comics once a month, but even then these threads are always so divided. There's people posting Symbiote girls and guys who want to be and should be posting on /d/, there's arguments every time on who the Venom Symbiote loves the most, then there's the same people crying for characters to come back, others making shitty fan fics, Carnage-Man wanking, and weird day dreams about what people would do if they had a Symbiote.
These threads are a mistake.
