I wish I could share the sentiment, but the acting in the English dub just sounds so stiff and stilted it distracts me from much else. Plus, with the quality of the acting being so lackluster, that makes me question the quality of the translation itself. Trolls's always been one of the more comedy Lanfeust spinoffs. They tried to be somewhat serious for the first story arc, and I guess they thought it didn't work out because the rest of the series is basically Astérix but bloodier. Which kinda makes sense considering the trolls are basically Warcraft orcs with the characterization of the Gauls.
The Girl is cute the troll guys are cute. I love this and have yet another reason to learn the language of the frogs.

The same YouTube channel that the French episode in OP is from also has a bunch of English dubbed episodes. Be warned, the dub quality isn't great. The voice acting is wooden and I get a strong sense of 'shoestring budget' that makes me think the translation work itself is faulty/lazy.

I don't think you realize how evolution of content occurs.
If you dislike something, use your freedom of speech (of you got it) to state that you dislike something and why.
If enough people agree with you, the next generation of content and creators will evolve to fit with the general consensus.

Comparing humans to humans in the real world is way different than comparing trolls to humans in their world and ours. There doesnt seem to be any established periods of peace between humans and trolls, so to them, there is no precedent set. This makes seeking peace a lot harder because it is probably the last thing they are thinking of. There are no seen potential benefits, no synergies, no relationship that doesnt end in humans or trolls trying to prove who is better. In our world, we KNOW there can be peace. We KNOW the world can be a better place. Its pretty fucking hard to pull off, but we know it can happen. We have the resources, people, and technology to maybe possibly make it happen. Trolls dont. The problem with Islam is obviously a big issue, especially because they are the aggressors in this situation, whereas the relationship between trolls and humans have both sides as the aggressors.
