Whilst I agree we didn't see enough to make truly conclusive statements on the potential powers and effective use of powers. We can however talk about powers that are likely unable to deal with Bec Noir's first guardian abilities, given there's a select few potential ways of dealing with a near-instant back stab.
Knight of Blood is one of the least likely to be able to deal with such an ability, given much of the emphasis on Blood and Karkat is on leadership, so weaponizing others. Essentially he as an individual is likely to be weak and not possessing powers capable of dealing with Bec, but improving the abilities of others.
The possible curve ball is the vitality element of Blood, perhaps he becomes incredibly hard to kill, or gains a healing element. Even still he'd likely be unable to do much against Bec, especially in comparison to the other trolls.
Either way, it's fun to think about what the trolls could have done with their powers. Shame we'll never learn about it though.

While they are nowhere near as pronounced as Humans, there do seem to be some gender roles in Troll society. We never see male trolls wear skirts, for example, and the maternal Jade Bloods are mostly women.
Not to mention probably the most maternal figure in Troll society, the Mother Grub, is identified as female.

It's very possible that Troll sexes are vestigial, being the remainders of a pre-Mother Grub proto-Troll species. It's also very possible that some subconscious remnants of these times remain within the Troll's psyche.
It's kind of like how Dragons are actually a combination of several predators of early primates that have been ingrained in the Human psyche, except with gender roles.

They're all kind of just called out individuallyas a solid figure/statue or as a "playset" where you could move around the parts, disassemble them, etc.? Hussie made a gargantuan mistake moving away from neat game jokes and concepts and, you know, actually playing the game. He wanted to move away from that, but all the other shit he focused on was dull, shallow, and pedantic with none of the charm. The work is ridiculously hard to get into from the outside, and someone not paying enough attention will fail to understand or really appreciate quite a bit of Homestuck even if they try and read through it. Undertale has the benefit of being a fairly short game with some mainstream indie game charm, so it's easier to focus on the work itself and ignore the fandom. For most people, the fandom is all they will see of Homestuck and I have a feeling all of our dumb jokes and memes and even serious discussions about the plot are more absurd than normal for the people outside looking in.

MSPA in general has always been driven by the fans to a huge degree. Even after user commands ended Hussie kept using the comic to comment on the fandom's current state. As the fandom became more cancerous, Hussie did nothing to stem the tide of it's influence on his work.
This is why Act 6 has aged so poorly. If you weren't around to see the source of the references and inside jokes you just get left out of the loop.

Honestly, I could have lived with an Act 7 ending after Cascade. Just wrap it up neatly so that all the character arcs are a bit more tied up (everyone goes off to the new universe to live happily ever after, English is destroyed before he is created, thus invalidating that shitty plot arc or maybe tying it up in a MC comic, PM kills Bec Noir).
We'd end the comic on a high note, have lots of fun laughs, solid decently developed characters that progressed through their problems with all the characters having solid character moments, and no fucking retcons.
Then just show Act 7 meeting the Alpha Kids, and then maybe make a separate story to continue on from there with new plot points and themes.

I don't think this is a good ending for homestuck, and if we are to end the story after Cascade, I think we are better off without it
Cascade is effective as an ending because their triumphant victory is them breaking free of their fucked up, hopeless session. Settling down in a new universe is counterproductive to the impression of freedom. Instead I'd like to imagine them traveling paradox space, exploring new worlds and interacting with people across the multiverse. Cascade leaves us with the impression that Jade has the power to prevent another huge fuckup, so we don't have to worry about the cycle repeating itself again.

Not to mention the fact that it's a short, relatively simple game means a lot of the fans actually interacted with the work directly. With Homestuck there was a surprisingly large portion of the fandom that never read more than a couple pages of the comic if even that, but rather knew the characters from fanfics and art and comics and comic dubs on youtube etc. and was essentially a fanbase of the fanbase. I wish I was joking when I say I've seen more than a couple youtube comments roleplayers actually think Homestuck was Octopimp's franchise.

Hussie had three qualities that made Homestuck work. Everything else was incidental.
1. Insane update schedule. This is not the only ingredient, but it is the MOST IMPORTANT ingredient to Homestuck. It was what propelled all other aspects. The speed of updates turned it into a phenomena that caught us all in the torrent. When this left the comic after Mom and Dad died, around that time, is when the comic died.
2. Color. Hussie was really great at simple, striking, bold colors and lines and using google images to integrate into his scenes. Everything had a vibrancy and game-feel to it that he nailed. This got more sloppy, lifeless, and haphazard over time.
3. As you said, he attracted talent. He also had us, the readers. Overexpanding his team, and closing reader suggestions killed the comic as well, because then it was all on him, and his ego could not handle it or the uncontrolled scope.

It just occurred to me why Aradia's story is so likable. She didn't just change once - like have a character development turning point and just be changed for the rest of the story. I had this idea once that with all the Latulas and Mitunas in the dream bubbles, the Latuals would often lose track of their specific Mitunas. So there would be these periodic meetups where a bunch of Latulas would gather up as many Mitunas as they could find and herd them together to be redistributed to their proper girlfriends. That's just how a lathe works, the knobs are there to adjust how it holds the object you're carving, and to move the bit closer to the object so you can carve. In every lathe there are ways to automate the process by making the bit move steadily in one direction at a certain speed (which is basically the only way you can, for example, cut a screw that will work)
