At the end of Gravity Falls, McGucket buys the Northwest Manor. At least ONE adventure to solve a mystery or something. maybe Pacifica is interested in finding out more on ghosts, so she's goes to Dipper under the guise of making sure her family won't have anymore problems. She's still pretty assertive and mean, but Dipper still snarks the shit out of her as usual and it's just an adventure with them reading old history books, doing background checks on the Northwests, and having good chemistry overall. Maybe even have Dipper reference the Bipper incedent to melt the ice about the control Pacifica's parents had on her and then have Pacifica try to defend them at first before realizing she doesn't have to stick up for anyone but herself, and with Dipper she doesn't need to do that. And then they bond as they mystery solve.

I like this idea, there are a lot of spooky mountain villages in Japan with ancient buildings and local Shintoism. It would be cool if Dipper and Mabel were from Tokyo or Osaka and then had to spend their summer in one of these mountain villages. Most of these villages are full of old people and shrinking because the young people all move to the cities.
They could even set it in Kyoto if a mountain village is too small or too full of old people.

Dipper's the protagonist so him getting fan art is a given, plus the yaoi bait. Bill is Bill. And Mabel so all the little JP girls can self-insert themselves into her for their shoujo romance.
With Pacifica I think it's a case of people not being able to self-insert themselves into her, so they don't want to draw her or her experiences much. Hell, she barely gets shipping art.

You mean do they always get drawn as those monsters? No, although that's sort of a vague mutallly agreed "canon" that Pacifica is a gorgon, they all get drawn as other monsters a lot so really it's up to whoever what they are. Lots of other monsters.
For example here is Pacifica as a unicorn instead. I think I've also seen her as a harpy and a mermaid and a bunch of other things.

You mean Mabill the pairing or Mabill the possessed Mabel? I know Mabel is most often a mermaid (probably because of the Mermando episode) and nowadays Bill is usually drawn as a monster hunter guy who lives in a cabin in the woods for some reason. Sadly for this AU outside of the usual Pacifica and Bill pairings the only other pairing I see pictures for for this AU are Dipper and Wendy the werewolf.
It's probably too late now but I really wanted to see what happened with Giffant in the two big AUs, like a tsundere "good" Giffany in Reverse, and in monster, either her turning into a more traditional monster or a regular human, would both be fascinating to me. The fandom loves Giffany but she gets sadly left out of these for some reason.

Well from what I've seen there is a little bit, some was posted in this thread, I'd say Pacifica is actually the fourth most popular character in the fan art right after those three, but I don't know much about the Stans incest fujoshit contingent so I don't know how much of that there is.

Most of the Japanese fan art of Pacifica I have seen is Padippica, less often it is Mabifica though.
What's really funny is, I think there might be more of Reverse Padippica and Reverse Pacifica then the regular kind from Japan, can you guess why? I figured because Reverse Pacifica works as either a self insert, or the standard moe bait that Japan can apparently never get enough of.
