I do think this was pretty much editorial forcing them to write this though. The whole plot of the last Burnside arc felt like nothing Fletcher and Stewart claimed they wanted to do after their first arc.

Yeah that arc felt so forced and cliched. It sounded like Rebirth nixed whatever future plans they were having.
I remember they said they had some BIG plans to celebrate Babs' anniversary this year. Now it's basically nothing.Which is a shame. You'd think they have one freaking issue of Babs, Cass, and Stephanie fighting some poor foolish villain.
That or Babs fighting Killer Moth. Can we have the ultimate rematch of these two already?!

I feel like the artist went way out of their way to make this as "hip" and "modern" as possible, right down to the minister's neck tattoos. I don't object, but it's distractingly out of place.
