on a related note, I have a number of comics that haven't been posted, but before I try to storytime, i'd like to ask what is /co/s stance on nudity and violence, like Crossed for example, but without graphical depiction of sex

It should pass. Mods are strangely schizophenic at times (I guess it depends on the Janitor on watch).
Usually euro storytimes are fine, as long as there isn't a 4 pages porn scene inside (I wouldn't try storytiming HK, for example)
Your options are:
>try anyway
>edit the pics with minimal and tasteful pasties (works pretty well; I did a Blacksad storytime without issues, despite the sex+furry combo)
>make a sister thread on /aco/ with the incriminating pictures, and cross-link.
Violence is not an issue at all, and usually non-sexual nudity isn't either. I've seen non graphical sex get deleted, but it's pretty rare.

French comic in manga style about sci-fi neocolonialism, teenagers, and other things. It got a couple sex scenes, people sleeping/showering in the nude and some heavy interrogations on naked prisoners. Good read overall, got a pretty distinct feel.
The author also made Wake/Sillage.

I picked up the Titan Comics version of this. I like it a whole lot. My only complaint is that I found a error in the text once that rammed the letters together.
