As much as I love these threads and speculating on 1 billion, it strikes me that Disney wouldn't have to care all that much. They had three major releases counting Marvel: Civil War, Jungle Book, and Zootopia. None of those bombed and they all at times dominated the box office. In total Disney-owned films ruled over this quarter with an iron fist.
They might not particularly care if Zootopia reaches 1 billion or not, and while there might be follow up, that doesn't necessarily mean they're going to drop it for a film that had as much cultural resonance as Frozen (although goddamn if Zootopia isn't the better film).
