It depends. the earliest cutoff for many is the movie, the one after that is early season 4 (ending with Good Neighbors), season 4's Mermaid man and barnacle boy episode is the last one (till after the 2nd movie) to have sherm cohen as storyboard supervisor, and I've heard that the show REALLY goes to shit after season 5
