Why is this STILL the best and most accurate live-action Batman film, 27 years later? It's just so good.

It's a pretty minor change in the grand scheme of things, and the chemical plant scene is pretty spot on.

Action scenes are terrible. Pacing sucks. Joker's goons are so BOOORING. Why do they look like security guards? Why does the Penguin have the Joker's goons? Batman looks like an incompetent IDIOT in the parade scene. Commissioner Gordon is a forgettable buffoon.
