How do you think Kirby would have written Batman?

If pre O'neil? It would had been terrible, Kirby want very good when it comes to crime and mistery. And while batman travelling in time and in outer space was a big deal with batman in that era, i doubt Kirby, bot being really familiar with batman could had done something interesting.
Post-O'neil
Great, tell him that batman will travel to the middle east and you would had gotten a great story.
Kirby was based as fuck but usually limitated himself a lot on how much he knew about the character.

It probably be mostly about Batman traveling the galaxy eating delicious food and beating up creatures he doesn't understand.
It would probably very similar to his Bronze Age Black Panther and Captain America.
He'd ignore every other incarnation of the character and we'd strap in for Kirby's barely coherent, wild, time traveling, ancient alien battling, techno-porn, acid trip.
He'd become a mystical treasure hunter with a Batman Fan Club of little Batmen like T'Challa

You say like that's a bad thing. Hell that would've be a step up pre Miller.

>step up pre Miller
You should try reading comics some time.
I'm not sorry.

Well in his defense, I can see why he'd ignore other incarnations of characters he'd created or co created.
Also, I fucking love his BP and CA.

This comic, btw, is in Jack Kirby omnibus volume 2 and is really enjoyable.

yeah no
>>83230644now post the Loss edit.
He had Deadman forced on him by editors and he really struggled. Deadman was pretty much a Neal Adams dark Batmanish comic at the time

As inexplicably floating off the ground in an awkward pose any time he couldn't be bothered to draw perspective.
Take it back to gothic roots with Batman fighting Lovecraftian eldritch horrors.
