I don't think they're ultimately capable of hurting each other when both are on their game. If we consider ambush scenarios then I guess Spider-Man is the one who can't be caught off-guard while the reverse isn't true.
Ant man would win hands down. Spider-Bitch is a little 14 year old pussy whos only redeeming feature is his aunts hot in the new movie.

Spider-man is stronger, faster, has spider sense. Projectile and super strong webbing. Spider-man has an edge on literally every aspect in this fight.
