I'd like to hear about educational shows for kids that /co/ likes. Your reasons for liking it can be as deep or as shallow as you want.

One of my newer not-so-guilty pleasures has been the new Sprout show "Floogals." It's for the younger kids, teaching them to figure out things around them by using observation. The mix of CGI with live-action never seems forced and the characters are fun, if a bit cliched.

What's your favorite kids e/i show?

Remember enjoying this show. Think the british redhead was one of my earliest childhood boners. Theme song was god-tier too.

Cyber Chase being a close second.

My niece has been watching a lot of Bada Namu lately, a music video series on Youtube for toddlers. It's strangely catchy.

I... kinda want to fuck the penguin girls. Don't ask me why, I couldn't tell you.

Do you guys know any kids that actually respond to the TV when Dora or whatever makes a question? My little brother only watches the shows in silence, and -all- of his friends behave in the exact same way. If I play along and ask them to show or tell me what the answer is, they respond and are almost always right, but they never actually socialize with the TV. Is it the same for you guys? Is this the norm and only stupid kids actually talk back to the TV, or is my brother and his circle of friends the weird ones?

My son doesn't respond to the prompts and pauses but he does reenact them later when he's reciting his favorite shows. He's three.

Another Sprout show I enjoy is "Stella and Sam."

It's gorgeous even with the limited animation, and anyone would love to have such a caring, imaginative big sister as Stella.

You can tell the creative staff went out of their way to make a memorable show.

animal mechanicals. the character designs and worlds are cute. i'd have bought toys, and it looks like it was made with toys in mind, but sadly they never made any. it's out of production now.

I'd watch this with my brother when he came home from his graveyard shift job.

It wasn't a good show by any means, we just found it hilarious. The problems they solved were really stupid and mundane, but could suddenly turn fatal - like an episode where an ant gets stuck in a puddle of honey and a volcano fucking erupts out of no where.

Loved me some Jelly Jamm back when it was on. The threads were pretty chill, too.

"Shiver me whiskers!"

"I'll have it for ya faster'n you can say 'Muncha buncha crunchy carrots!"

Nope, I've never seen this show before. Ever.
