I think the overall look of the open world maps look sharper, but the character models... I preferred the details in the original.
Solomon Grundy looks a bit nicer as well, but it's not as if you look at him for much of the game.

I've been buying it by pieces updating my PC slowly over the last year.
If you build it yourself you could probably get it for about $500.
Still, a new gen of GPUs is about to arrive, so it's not a good moment to buy graphics cards since they are going to be replaced by new, better ones for pretty much the same price.
If you are new to this, it would be better to get one in those websites that put together the PC for you, in case there's any incompatibilities and because it's a clusterfuck doing it without previous knowledge.
