It starts off slow in the first season but it gets pretty good before too long as long as you don't mind most of the main cast being flanderized a bit.
If you're going to watch the whole thing, then prepare for the final season to be short and somewhat underwhelming.

Putting this in spoiler tags for OP.The finale was a two parter episode focused around time travel which ended with one of the main characters meeting an alternate timeline version of himself which nearly breaks the space time continuum.
During that scene, we see this suit of armor fly past which was never brought up again. It doesn't appear in the reboot.
There was also a trading card game released right before the show ended that featured a lot of Shen Gong Wu that weren't ever used in the show. Plus a bunch of behind the scenes drama with executives during the second half of the series that among other things, led to the creation of a joke villain that ended up being the main bad guy for the final season.

WB executives were forcing the creators to include stuff they didn't want to do. Creators tried to get back at them by creating Hannibal Bean as a joke pitch. The executives ended up loving him.
