The Darkness is actually pretty good, especially since it's protagonist Jackie Estacado is SUPPOSED to not be a hero and is mostly a horrible person with a very mild conscience.

I can't help you with good bad girl comics, but for BAD bad grrl comics, you can't get worse than Bomb Queen.
Witchblade was among the stronger at the beginning but nothing special.
When Ron Marz came on however it was elevated and became genuinely fantastic.
Any one heard anything else about the Darkchylde movie John Carpenter was suppose to direct?
