I can't believe just how badly they played Angela.
Thor was off-stage for the moment and she was introduced just a little while before, and then revealed to be Thor's (older?) sister, Aldrif.
There was a window of opportunity to introduce her as a rough-as-new Thor equivalent - ill-mannered, short-tempered, completely inconsiderate, battle-hungry, trying to be a hero on Earth, joining the Avengers... like Thor, a thousand years ago, but transferred to the now.
Instead they chose to shunt her... where? Where she was worse than useless, while the Mjölnir was given to a cancer-ridden nurse who was not worthy by any definition applicable to those who went before.
Many things have happened in Marvel of late which are good, many have which are bad, but this, this was just stupid and incompetent.

The Asgardians are flesh-and-blood ancient aliens in the MCU instead of literally meme magic so the question is moot.
Regardless, I'm super hype. Quadpruply so after they announced fucking Galadriel would be playing her. She's probably the most significant villain to Thor mythos besides Loki himself. And can prove to be a fascinatingly complex character in her own right (not necessarily even a "villain").
