S1 Merlyn is the absolute best CW villain in my opinion. If he stayed dead, he'd be only rivaled by Reverse-Flash.
S3/4 Merlyn has the same effect on me as Felicity does on this board.

They all have their best. Malcolm was the most intense - you could feel how personal his hatred was. Thrawne was terrifying, and Slade had such a beautiful plot.

I personally felt Malcolm was scarier than Eobard.
There's something really unsettling about how unhinged he became after his wife's death.
