Pasta prices are roughly consistent and maybe a little cheaper in the states depending on what kind of bulk you're looking for. Local fruits and vegetables can vary from abundant to laughably unobtainable depending on where you live.
Processed foods are more or less the price you pay for not having the time or means to cook the food yourself. If you don't have the time to soak a bunch of beans then a can is better than nothing.

Well, it's only 12 points short, a total of 6 more pre wizard. I suppose if you played 3 MMORPGs concurrently, that would do it. WoW/UO/DiabloN/EQ/DAoC/other, some weeb thing, and a rotating host of "WoW replacements" and MUDs seem at least plausible for a NEET. What it really needs is reworked, though.
