What? No they don't, dude. There have been tons of posts and articles written about how Elsa's struggle to keep her powers hidden can be read as an allegory for being gay. Not telling anyone, having your parents insist that you stay closeted, feeling empowered when you finally come out (Let It Go), finding happiness when you feel accepted for who you are instead of suppressing who you are, etc.
That combined with her lack of a love interest is enough for plenty of people. Elsanna is popular, but it is far from the only reading of the movie. There are more options than "Elsa is straight" and "Elsa wants to fuck her sister".

Fan headcanons don't meant shit. Also her struggle isn't an "allegory" within the movie, as she actually had dangerous powers she was trying to hide as per her parent's instruction and the trolls showing the citizens attacking and destroying her the moment they find out about her powers. People can feel like Elsa's struggle regarding her actual powers is a bit similar as their struggle regarding their sexuality, but going as far as to claiming that this must mean that Elsa in the movie is also gay in addition to having the ice powers is retarded. The only thing people base the gay claim on is that she didn't show attraction to any men - which is probably because she thought she's incredibly dangerous and was paralyzed with panic for most of the movie, trying to get away and hide from everyone in order to not kill them or be killed by them, which isn't the mindset for looking for romance at all.
All that it shows is that people are really, really thirsty for a gay Disney character. It doesn't mean that Elsa is gay, it just means that people are desperate to overinterpret whatever they can in order to be able to declare a character gay. See Oaken for example, that's clearly a hetero family in the sauna, but people just flat-out refuse to acknowledge that because they want to gush about there being a gay character in Frozen.

When they were kids it was harmless to play around and have fun with it but as Elsa grew older she realised that the feelings were potentially dangerous and could damage her bond with her sister, and so just like with her powers she had to conceal it
To do this she shut Anna out because she so feared hurting the one she loved she just took away any interaction so the feelings, or her powers, couldn't manifest as she was struggling to control it
Then when she finalls 'lets it go' and runs away she can be true to herself and acknowledge the feelings towards Anna without having to worry about anyone judging her, the years of repressed guilt and torment exploding out in her icy castle
Then when Anna comes to try and help the fear comes flooding back so suddenly that she ends up hurting her, eventually making her think she caused her death and she sees the consequences of what trying to repress your feelings leads to.
It's only when Anna throws herself between Elsa and the blade to save her sister does Elsa realise that the key to controlling her ice powers, and thus her feelings, is the love that Anna reciprocates (as only an act of true love could stop the ice from killing her)
It's beyond apparent that not only is Elsa gay, she has the most forbidden case of love
