I think they could play with his quest for youth a bit. While the Avengers are distracted during Infinity War he unleashes a scheme to suck the youth out of people or something like that. They're already laying down some pretty heavy magic stuff in universe so it wouldn't be out of place.
Elektra and The Hand will most likely be the villain. Kingpin will be villain of DD season 3.
Personally, I would love to see a modern take on some of the lesser used villain teams like The Zodiac.
That way you could have your "villain of the week" and still build to a finale battle between both factions. Plus, we're not likely to ever see "B-Villain" teams in the big budget movies anyway...would be great to see them get the spotlight on Netflix shows.

Parker Robbins, the Hood. He's the kind of villain the movies wouldn't be interested in using that I believe a TV show could do justice. Have him be as developed as Fisk and Killgrave were by showing his relationship with his family, and then how he lets himself be corrupted by the hood's power and tries to control NYC crime.
Plus, he's fought against all 4 of the Defenders in the comics.

Alias is funny because we literally see a scene in there in Bendis's Daredevil.
Both books have a scene where Natasha walks into Matt's office right past Luke and Jessica. In Alias, Jessica says they should've stopped her, and Luke says that he knows exactly who she is, and that she would've kicked Jessica's ass. And then we get the "You fucked ME." bit that everyone seems to like.
In Daredevil, we see that exact scene, only instead we follow Natasha and see what she has to say to Matt.

I know there is absolutely no way it would be him, but I would fucking love to see Foolkiller.
Think about it. If you go with Foolkiller 2 (Gerhardt) you could have this disgruntled middle-aged man who's life fell apart, wife left him and now he's working at a fast food restaurant. He's angry and reaches out to Foolkiller 1 (Salinger) in his mental institution/prison after seeing him on a late night TV show interview, who gives him the location of his hideout. Foolkiller 2 then goes on a rampage.
