REMINDER

Captain America tried to kill Spider-Man by dropping a walkway on him. He did not know Spider-Man had super strength. Captain America is a murderer. No, even worse. He's a failed murderer.

This happened. We all saw it. How do we deal with this?
>>
except he had already displayed this strength before the walkway

He knew enough about how Spider-Man was conducting himself in the fight to get a feel for his spider-sense and agility. Cap was confident that Spidey could get out of the way in time, and simply intended to put a barrier between them. Parker knew he had the strength to handle it, and so he stood there. If he wanted him dead, he'd have just tossed his shield at him so he'd have to drop it on himself.

>Captain America killing
Nobody cares, OP. Go back to watching Man of Murder and Murderman v. Murderman: Dawn of Murder.

Still, Bucky got shit from Cap for being too dangerous. Just seems inconsistent.

Take your company wars back to /v/ you fucking retard.
>>
>>82548990
Reminder, Cap is a soldier and fought in world war 2. Him killing someone is not actually something new.

>He did not know Spider-Man had super strength.
Spidey held back Caps arms with webbing pull. Holding back the arms of a man who pulled a chopper down ... Cap knows the kid had super strength.
>>
He pulled Spidey's face to the shield and Spidey still got up. Cap normally had normal people knocked out after getting hit by his shield.

>>
>>82549362
The cop didn't spend the fight dominating pretty much everyone he was up against.

Well Tony brought along a teenager, dressed him in a full face mask and body suit so that people won't know he's just a kid when he gets involved in a full out confrontation with a group of powerful and well-trained individuals including a dangerous escaped killer.

I'll second that nomination of your getting the No Prize with that answer.
>>
Wrong, You're right perhaps Cap didn't know that Spider-man was capable. However, he knows Tony Stark. And he knows, Tony Stark meant to use Spider-man as a hard counter for those who went against him so he assessed him as a capable threat. And he was.
