So I'm going to start this off by saying the only marvel films I've actually seen are cap 1, iron man 1-2, thor 2, and guardians of the galexy. So I went and saw Civil War, and the whole film seemed like it was nothing more than an excuse to smash action figures together for a scene. It was a horrifically disjointed mess, but it gets by on fanservice and name recognition alone. Humor was decent, and action scenes were good, if pointless (and suffering from shakycam). Not all Marvel movies are like that, though. This one has been the worst.

OP's right, the only part of this movie that matters are the action scenes. The plot and acting are laughable, it's shot like a TV show, and the characters crowd each other out from getting meaningful development other than like Tony.
