Not all of them. Bee colonies have workers that are built for work, drones that are built for sex, and a queen that's built for laying eggs.

If we apply the same reasoning to any animal that lives in a colony or a social structure, then we can assume that some members of society serve auxiliary functions (or no function at all) that are not directly related to reproduction.
