Will Holly be redeemed?
>>82360536
What is there to redeem? She did nothing wrong.
>>82360940
>possessive maniac
only a matter of time before "I" grabs her
>>82360536
of course she will, is there really any other reason for this Flashback?
She will get better and get back to her man.
i would love to see the kirbro's faces when holly gets crowned queen of the wallybowl.
>>82360536
>>82360940
I don't know about redeeming but it's making her more understandable. In one day she has lost beyond everything.
Her breakdown up to this point is probably that she lost the crutches she depended on. Ironically, I think if Wally had lost Holly he would have broken down as well.
Today's Endtown RPG Session was a good one. Everything was like from a buddy cop film mixed with Resident Evil.

>>82361222
There's gotta be a reason we were introduced to the concept of possession so close to this (relatively speaking). If Jim is any indication, "I" can now go after those schisming from their initial instability, possibly contingent on them also being driven mad by loss.
Holly's been a mouse for a long time now, but she's also potentially re-living the very mind-state she was in when she initially mutated while having all her repressed traumas dredged up out of the mud of her soul.
If she schisms now...

People making art of a character doesn't mean is redeemed. I still think this flashback isn't suppose to redeemed her but to show how she was before the war and explain her trauma while at the same time know the world of Neitherlands a little more
>Monday: Cops have argument with proto-Topsiders
>Wednesday: Get told to leave by police chief over radio

I don't know if they'll get her. Remember how Holly used to always say "Nobody has ever caught me." and her being really fast was a main trait?
My guess is she's going to blow out of there and escape by the hair of her whiskers.
>>82368744
Has someone ask Aaron the name of the officers?

>>82368868
Either she'll go willingly with Apex because they claim they can cure her, or she'll hide out in the police car and try to sneak out when they next stop.
Personally I'm banking on her going with Apex and winding up a medical prisoner, as discussed in the last thread. Her having previously been held in confinement and scientifically tortured for information on the virus by the Disease Control guys would explain her whole "kill em all" beef with the Topsiders and why she took the Milk Trial imprisonment far harder than the others.
>>82369013
Al and Gustine would beOrnstein and Smough. Really though I have no idea who they'd be.
>>82369084
Other thing that interests me is Dr. Chase, exactly how he mutated and how he ended with Holly or they could have meet in the Pep stadium

>Doc Chase is still human but has been shanghai'd onto the medical team at Pep Park, finds Holly and protects her
>Apex begin to wheel out the zero tanks, mutants figure out what's going on
>Walt does his thing...
>Mutants break out and flee in the direction of Endtown at the suggestion of a weirdo in stupid clothes, just before the world goes nuclear
>Doc Chase mutates the first time he sleeps after the breakout

>There's people who really believe that Endtown is not the "Wally and Holly show"
>>82376932
I believe it wasn't originally intended to be and began purely as a mediocre-to-good extension of Aaron's earlier works (Al and Gustine, Sparkplug, etc), but I think that post-Al-and-Gustine it's taken on a life of its own with its own original characters taking focus, all for the better.
I'm actually kind of dreading the move away from Wally and Holly and back to Endtown. I know there's other people who disagree.
I am not a smart man, what the shit happened to Flask?
>>82377665
>Marx sabotaged her gun
>It literally blew her face off and she died
>He met her at the crossroads that souls go through on their way to reincarnation
>He literally kissed her bad side away
>He reincarnated her in the past of an alternate dimension with an alternate version of himself
>>82377924
Why though, it felt so out of place with the story
>>82377968
Marx is a character Aaron's been writing into his various works since he was a child. Aaron has referred to him as his "Tom Bombadil" character. He seems to appeal to Aaron greatly in some fashion, but not necessarily to his readers. It remains to be seen where he takes the character in Endtown's storyline, which is in its own way partially derived from older works of his (which also often contained versions of Marx) but also contains a lot of new stuff.
>>82377968
It's an insufferable quirk the author has, inserting his imaginary friend into his stories to do nutty things.
>>82377924
The one good thing about this sequence is that it did give us a clue as to the nature of the virus: Flask maintained her cat form while going through a bodiless state, and she wasn't infectious in the new universe. So it's a quirk of the soul, not a quirk of genetics, and whatever transmits it to others didn't go through the pillar of souls with her.
I want to remember happier times.
>>82378294
At least that one dude who mutated into a monster got a good endso far
>>82376302
IT's sort of a flashback. It's not a classical flashback, as all we are seeing happens in the present time of the story, but what is going on right now is that the current protagonists are being set in an illusionary world depicting events from the past.

I think it's more likely the DDC was subcontracting Apex for use of equipment and personnel.
Apex might have held enough political sway to get away with their shadier stuff, but they were still just a corporation. They weren't the ones actually running the show.
>>82379006
That's pretty much what I meant: People operating under the auspices of the DDC were largely subcontracted from Apex for the sake of (claimed) know-how and manpower.
>>82379140
>>82379006
Or they're an Apex agency. I asked about plasticized brains and got that response that "Apex use their subsidiaries for that." Given that Topsiders have access to brain-tech maybe DDC is under Apex auspice? The problem with government-Apex relation in Neitherland that it's hard do draw a thick line separating both.
>>82379392
Yup. Apex, Disease Control Division, subcontracted to the DDC - hence the variant logo.

On the contrary, Holly's flashback revealing she is not a perfect innocent little ray of sunshine but a broken person who made mistakes and suffers for them has made her even more likeable and relatable in my opinion. So how bad is this "helium effect"?
Based on how dwarves actually sound, can we assume that Wally can sound like Peter Dinklage or Warwick Davis?

the helium effect happen to them too?
>>82384256
Probably depends on their mutation
the voice changes in accordance with the length of the vocal cords. Shorter mutants have shorter throats, so they have higher pitched voices.
Mutants with unusual mouths and necks probably have other weird effects added on. Linda supposedly has a slightly "growly" voice now.

If that guard rail is short enough for Linda and Holly to lean on like that, a human-sized person would be more likely to trip over it than anything.
Here's a page I really like, because it shows that there is a certain thought process that goes into what a mutant considers themselves as.
>>82384892
She couldn't take her own advice, could she? It was good advice, and what Linda and Wally needed to hear, but she never really let her old self go, both in terms of what kind of person she was, and in terms of being human (as seen in that page posted in the last thread of her staring at her three-fingered hand).
Those who can, do; those who can't, teach...
>>82384978
Meant this one.
>>82384978
yeah it was really cool before the jackrabbit turned out to be hitler after all being propped up by doctor who because a puddle told him too.
So, do you guys think Holly's condition could be exacerbated byhormonal swings from carrying Wally's child?
>>82385006
>but she never really let her old self go
You don't just walk away from the person you were for most of your life so easily. It is always there. IRL people try to do it too and it doesn't always work out so well.
Holly arguing with Clive shows the two sides of this coin: Clive is OK with being a brain in a truck because he can't remember being anything else, while Holly can remember growing up, getting married and losing it all when she turned into a mouse. There are a lot of emotions at play there.
>>82384936
>>82385006
Like Wally said to Al: most people in Endtown pretent the war did't happen And Holly was one of them she see it like a oportunity to start over, but she did't think that her past could caught her again
>>82385014
Allgood might have had the right idea about humanity, but he was clearly too old fashioned.
>>82385115
It wouldn't be impossible to her have another child?
>>82385014
Endtown's pre-war world was so 50's esq that they wouldn't use human breast milk?
There was a cafe in my city that did exactly that, and it's all consensual. Who gives a shit?
>>82385332
And seems that he never really accept the fact of being a animal, that's why wanted to do a trial
>>82385345
We don't know yet. The possibility that she's barren now due to the miscarriage (and that she knows this, and it's another factor in the amount of psychological weight she puts on having lost her baby) has been raised repeatedly; my guess is that we might find out soon, if she does go with the Disease Control guys and we see them analysing her.
>>82385014
>she's human, but-
sums up mutants in general quite nicely, actually. Allgood is a bigot.
>>82385014
Allgood was such a good character. Aaron really excells at writing compelling villains.
On a related note, I really wonder if these weird discrepencies with nature are by design or not. Real life mice aren't especially into cheese, and cows need to have calves before they produce milk. So is this a sign of the mutation depending, in some way, on unconscious beliefs of the mutated people? I mean, Linda's last name is Kowalsky, of all things.
When Flask's gun exploded, I thought I'd been correct in noticing that she seemed to have screwed up the belt feed. But then he pointed out Aaron Marx tampered with her gun. So now I'm not sure which details to pick up on, and which to ignore.
>>82385377
It's still taboo. Today, a friend of mine brought up that breastmilk apparently makes for really sweet cheese, and quickly added that he wouldn't make/eat it.
>>82385450
If she's really pregnant, that when Jim ask her about... Oh boy this is not to end good
>>82385152
Maybe she's literally got a disassociative, split-personality battle of psyches going in her head. Her mouse self blames her human self for everything that happened to her, while her human self resents her mouse self's finding Wally and is trying to disrupt her life.
>>82385624
Can we really say that Allgood was a villain? He just saw as inmoral using mutant derivated products

That's been mentioned before - there literally seems to be a cartoon element to the mutations. Even without the filter of the comic's art style, apparently Linda perceives her fellow mutants as looking like "Terrytoon Refugees". I believe Aaron even commented somewhere that he's aware that real mice don't much like cheese, but "cartoon mouse girls" do.
My guess is that the mutagen was originally just supposed to create the eatbeasts, but someone struck a deal/altered it/created a parallel mutagen so that there would be a kinder alternative if people were asleep when they mutated. And whoever it was liked cartoons...

>>82393289
Dude still packed the council. Well, he thought he did. The fact that he didn't mean to kill anyone is moot. His actions STILL lead to the deaths of dozens of Endtown citizens. He's a bad guy. Not the worst guy, which makes him compelling as a character, but a bad guy nonetheless. It's easy to feel sorry for him because he adhered to his own moral code (not killing, and not running away), and because he got played, but he was still a bad person.
>>82393490

I was grabbing some image fodder from the comic and I was reminded how Holly isn't even near the bottom of the crazy barrel for this comic.

Sparkplug's suffering is not finished.
what is this "i" that everyone keeps talking about? i dont remember anyone in the comic ever talking about it.
>>82395157
"I"is essentially a god-like being that feeds on the suffering of others, his plans are still not clear but apparenly they are related to stealing everyone's soul. He was also the reason why Jim win all that powers back in Unity and he also knows about both Wally and Holly past

the only furry thing about this comic is the anthro characters, is not furry in the sense of fetishy animal porn or whatever furry means nowdays.
>>82399195
Just read the comic is not that hard and is a post- apocalyptic comic about a virus that transforms you into a furrie if you are human. It's very good

Both, I guess??
Really just reading it is the best possible explanation.

Can you find a complete version of "Pain and Suffering" from the same movie? I figure that if people are right about what "I" feeds on, it could practically be the entity's theme song.
So what do you guys think of the visual connection between Apex and the Topsiders? Their logo is basically the same, only Apex's in an upward facing triangle and the Topsiders' is downward. I thought there was a connection between the two, and this most recent update seems to confirm it. Apex loyalists/employees probably directly converted into the Topsiders once the dust settled a bit. Also, Topsider technology greatly resembles Apex's, especially the faces on the Mutts/androids in this flashback.
Also do you think the buddibombs had brains or pieces of brain in them to function? Apex definitely had that tech before the fall of civilization.

He's just atoning for his part in the creation of Iwhich happened due to his collapsing the entire reality manifold of the Albert universe by recklessly using a derivative of his dimensional tunnelling ability to swiss-cheese that branch of reality for the sake of free energy. The massive influx of maddened dead people to the crossroads caused a hive-minded spiritual congealing of sorrowful and angry souls around Marx's invisible sin-seeking pet eye, Ted, resulting in the demonic entity we know as I.
Unfortunately, he's doing it in his standard sociopathic braindead "break a few eggs while having much lulz" way and should still be shot on sight because everything he's ever done has ruined someone's day somewhere.
>>82402087
It's also somewhat disturbing how there's a bit of of a resemblance between the Albert universe's incarnation of Marx and someone else we've seen, who was until recently a curious avatar for an unknown intelligence...

He's using Kirbee because the standups have a minimum height and standardised proportions and she's the only tall in-focus character at the moment. He could have added Holly, too, but it's out of character for her to ride on Kirbee, and Aaron's all about character.

Question from someone who's on 2013's Endtown comics.
Does the smug dickweed with the silly outfit and reality warping gadgets ever, like, stop appearing? Every time he's on he totally kills the vibe.
>>82409843
He appears twice in smug dickweed mode in total, then after that he has one further, rather more subdued appearance in a different form. Nobody's sure what's going to happen with him in future.
>>82409843
>Everyone hates Marx
we understand your frustration anon, Marx is probably the biggest flaw in the comic, but fear not... he's appearance has been kept to a minimum as of late.
>>82409878
Alright, cool. I have no problem with that sort of character, but the fact that he's so ready and open to be a living deus ex machina that's just so above everyone else really throws off the feel of Endtown. It'd be cool to see him be more subtle.

Thanks. Looks kind of like a vague ghost of (her own) humanity long gone, or something metaphorical like that, to me.
Finished reading all the comics over the last 3 days, I've only got two issues, firstly not a fan of three dimensional guy but reading the thread that appears a common complaint, but I don't feel the kirby relationship at all. Why are they kissing? It doesn't seem justified, in character, logical, it feels like an ass pull. Am I missing something? When they were flying why the fuck did they kiss?
>>82410599
Well, my personal theory is that when Unity went down, the I/Eye Entity controlling Jim had some control over the spreading flames and specifically attempted to trap Kirbee under that girder so that not only would she not be able to go back into Unity, she'd have a reason to look upon Wally as her rescuer, becoming infatuated with him.
For Wally's part, Kirbee reminds him both of a more well Holly and of the kind teacher he had a fleeting, painful entanglement with. With Holly in a non-receptive, hostile and frankly insane mood and currently AWOL to boot, coupled with Kirbee's presence and possibly some psychic nudges to both of them from the Entity, Wally is undergoing Temptation... I suspect this is because the Entity wishes to drive him and Holly apart, either due to needing an isolated, insane Holly for a new host, as speculated elsewhere, or because Wally has the ability to defeat it somehow but not without Holly.
Probably rubbish, but speculating is fun.
>>82403706
No, no.
Kirbee and Holly will fuse.
>>82410875
Requesting fusion chart of Kirbee, Holly and a character of the artist's choice, STAT!
>>82410875
That would explain why Kirbee suddenly has Holly's hair.
>>82410842
The kirby side I totally buy but not him, he declared his love only pages earlier. It's sloppy and rushed in a strip that generally I've loved and found really solid and well rounded. Not seen anyone else complain so maybe it's just me.
Favorite page is "how's the baby" I was just like, nope.
>>82410599
>When they were flying why the fuck did they kiss?
they got carried away after surviving the fall, Kirbee always had strong feelings for Wally since he rescued her, also that section show that Wally develop feelings for her as well, maybe due to Holly's late attitude and Kirbee being on top of her shit and being there for him.
Wally still loves Holly and will never (as much i would like him to) leave her over Kirbee. I believe is up to Holly at this point, she admitted she had a problem but refused help, well see if she actually gets any and gets back to "normal".
>>82410975

The country the comic takes place is Neitherland, an American analogue that Aaron likes to put his stories in. It's the size of new England and barrows heavily from the super retro sci-fi stuff.

No, Apex just made the equipment, and the topsiders used whatever survived the war. Topsiders grew out whatever remained of the DDC (hence the logo), who pretty much continued what they were trying to do before the war intervened.
>>82412934
Loving it.
>>82412649
> British cops in America
Is gonna Doccrash the car without suvivors?
>>82415485
...what?
>>82415485
Was it part of his plan?
>>82415485
you mean, run them over?, hope he doesn't hurt cool cop... cool cop is too cool.
>>82415485
Cops are going to mutate.
He'll get knocked out in the fight.
He'll wake up as a bear or aardvark or whatever he is
>>82413876
You fucking wot
That's silver
>>82415802
It'll be Holly who kills them. There's no sating her thirst for blood.
>just ran through the entire comic in two days
I feel like i just crapped a pineapple
>>82416217
how do you like it anon?
>>82416217
Reaction when you finally discovered the origin story of the crazy man in the rolled up city?
So after going through all that, how did Holly not wind up with schism syndrome?
>>82416310
Seems that she just wipe out all the memories for her mind
>>82416296
It wasn't that surprising or anything and its not like he was a long time character with a mysterious past. He's not even important to the story which is kinda weird.
>>82416246
It was really good
>>82416373
>He's not even important to the story
Yet
>>82416310
Because it's a very specific condition that doesn't apply to literally everyone.
>someone is about to mutate
>they're going to schism!
>someone recently mutated
>they're going to schism!
>mutant stubs their toe
>they're going to schism!
I wish he'd never introduced the concept since people never shut up about it.
>>82403628
Fuck scavengers!
>>82416744
What? All mutants suffer from it in varying degrees, so yes, it applies to everyone aside from the Topsiders
>>82415858
Badger
>>82416861
And immunes like Albert
>>82410599
She's a southern whore and Wally dragged her from a fire, it don't much to get her.
And Wally is an unfaithful asshole.
>>82416943
Considering all he's done for Holly, I'd hardly call him unfaithful or an asshole
>>82416310
Because life was so shit she didn't want to go back to being a human either.
>>82416918
Was it ever established that he and those like him are actually immune, or is it just that the random animal they mutated into was a human?
Seems like the topsiders would be more interested in studying them if they were immune.
>>82416993
He's kissing another girl when Holly may just be feet away, that is a qualifier to be both unfaithful and an asshole.
>>82417035
>implying she didn't kiss him
>Implying holly is not kissing clive
>>82417033
>or is it just that the random animal they mutated into was a human?
That's a theory I like to go with too.
>>82417033
>Seems like the topsiders would be more interested in studying them if they were immune.
They are. They go with long vivisection to see how they work.
>>82409754
he will deliver any minute now
>>82412156
I wonder if Doc is going to do something... murdery, to get to Holly
>>82417097
>>yfw Holly and Clive plotted to kill Wally

>>82417331
Shit's going to get violent because he needs to be unconscious in the next few moments.
>>82417035
I think they were mostly just happy to not be falling to their deaths after all. It's the sort of thing that warrants some celebration.
When actually did Endtown become popular with /co/?
>>82418057
The cuckening/JimGod was one point.
>>82405801
I saw that shit when I looked at the sight once. Furfags and Aaaron N.
>>82413219
Frozen Strawberry Convention.
>>82417242
Sorry anon, got really sick from some bad garlic sauce. It's posted in /trash/ now. Have fun.
>>82418547
Huh, interesting coincidence, that would be around the same time I first got into Endtown (stumbled over it while looking for webcomics) and first started to go to /co/
>>82418741
hey man, i was just kidding, i hope you get better soon!.btw, nice piece, i see tried to mimic aaron's short body type... i think i looks good!
>>82418547
Which is also roughly when Kirbee showed up.
>>82418836
>cute waifu appears
>suddenly /co/ shows interest
>>82418836
well kirbee joined couple of weeks later, endtown threads were already booming so i highly really doubt she had any impact on it.
>>82418912
Holly appeared in 2011, so that's not the reason.
>>82418057
I think the threads became a constant thing in late 2012
>>82418973
Holly is only second-rate waifu material though.
>>82419160
>taking mentally disabled lizard over perfect mouse waifu
alright.
>>82418816
I'll live. And thanks... Aaron's style is not something I draw good in so I'm trying to get better at it.
>>82419388
>bateman agrees
Keep jammingbtw, i would have replaced the possum for jim, still... cool piece.
>>82412156
>Napalm rifles
Man they are really fond of the whole PURGE thing aren't they
>>82419296
Sorry but mice are relatively low on /co/'s animal tier list.
>>82419682
you must have only just started using /co/ then
>>82419551
That's part of what makes Endtown so appealing.
Hate furries to an autistic degree? Don't worry, there is an entire faction for you too!
>>82419551
I think they're beyond a bit of soap at this point.
>>82413793
Because she didn't give Mallard any time to take action with those two. She just called them to her office and executed them right there and got rid of the evidence. If she didn't believe Al and Gustine had information she would have done the same with them and Mallard would have never known either.
>>82415997
Apparently, a bunch of idiots thought that was his actual name. They try to justify it with "I was just a kid".
>>82412262
Well, we're not quite at the apocalypse yet, so at this point Topsiders are nothing but privatized CDC. Not surprised the cops get mad when they show up out of nowhere to a possible crime/accident site, dismiss their authority, and try to burn everything down without so much as a "here's our orders".
>>82412580
I wondered...
This is set on a fantasy USA analogue, but they mention the apocalypse being WWIII, which means there were two previous world wars. Were they similar to our own, and if so at which point did the Endtown world diverge from ours? Or is it just coincidence that their world had two WWs before the end (I know it's because we tend to assume "nuclear apocalypse" as WWIII, but I mean in-story)?
>>82419296
>taking mentally insane mouse over perfect lizard waifu
Two can play that game.I'm not even a kirbeefag.
>>82421352
Actually, Holly has had the more realistic response to the sheer horror of having her family die gruesome deaths in front of her, turning into a freaky cartoon parody of herself and the nightmare of everything she has ever known being reduced to a featureless desert.
Any normal, empathetic person would have gone nuts after half of that and would understandably be very broken inside.
Kirbee's apparent ease at getting over her own tragedies is...suspicious.
>>82421352
>I'm not even a kirbeefag.
>>82421556
>Kirbee's apparent ease at getting over her own tragedies is...suspicious.
She said that she was considered a freak before her change.
Maybe she's like literally straight up Down's
>>82421089
Pretty sure it takes sometime in the future, when America gets taken over by Netherland and turned into their sister country Neitherland.
Otherwise, no clue. But ever notice how dates are never mentioned?
>>82421758
Maybe a circus freak?
>>82421945
>Here! Here! come and see the dumbest woman on the planet! come and watch her smoke pot!!
>>82403844
>tfw the first time you see this, you believe that Endtown was finally been pitched as a animated series but in the end it was only for a convention
>>82421758
I think she's fairly young and was just some kind of stoner/alternative chick.
Also, fuck, is it weird that one of the least sympathetic characters for me is the one that's done the least to fuck over the protagonists, compared to the other antagonists? Lizardbitch is just such a cunt it's unbelievable.
I was hoping to see one of the brain extractors in action on her.
>>82422657
>I was hoping to see one of the brain extractors in action on her.
there's no brain left on kirbee to extract
>>82422709
Nah. I was talking about Jim's ex. The lizard that fucked Piotr? Kirbee a cute.
>>82422657
>Also, fuck, is it weird that one of the least sympathetic characters for me is the one that's done the least to fuck over the protagonists, compared to the other antagonists? Lizardbitch is just such a cunt it's unbelievable.
No, because she's a manipulator and an unrepentant sociopath.
>>82422657
>>82422838
You know i'm really thinking of the possibility of Sarah becoming a servant of Eye...
>>82422657
>I was hoping to see one of the brain extractors in action on her.
I'm surprised that none of the drawfags drew Sarah being abused.
>>82423923
not abused, but there are drawing of sarah being killed by topsiders and jim
>>82386609
Is there any more of this?
>>82424048
Post?
>>82423923
When Sarah returns with a tank we'll see the hate. All though I'm sure petty revenge would be below her and she'd realistically be more likely to trick them or abandon them to their death.

What? It's not like a life-size Wally or Holly would be seen by anyone.
They're less than a foot tall.
>>82424456
...he wasn't there.
>>82424407
posting this actually got me thinking, chic could use a trip to endtown, look at all those kids he will be able to play with... i mean fuck, the kid could use a pardner his age.he's got kirbee but still, and actual kid
>>82424501
More like Wally's three foot tall and Holly's about two foot tall.
>>82424407
>Hey readers! Try to guess how many of these children are just short adults pretending to be children.
>>82424851
Yeah, that seems like his luck.
>>82424988
no... he literally wasn't in endtown at that point.
I'm planning on cosplaying as Kirbee. How the hell do I do her hair?
>>82425082
We already know that it was a error or was done on purpose?
>>82425082
make sure to act as a moron, kiss every guy that looks at you funny, and try to lose all sense of self respect.
>>82425175
And smoke weed?
>>82425214
and smoke weed
i missallie
>>82425232
Why no better cosplay as Copper, AKA "The lord of the kush"?
>>82425214
>>82425232
Fuck weed, smoke the babies.
>>82425364
We all do
I swear to god waifu wars are a plague.
>>82416861
I keep hearing two versions of this: Schism is a one-way street, and Schism is something that all mutants suffer from to a greater or lesser degree. Which is it? And has Aaron ever said anything about it?
>>82412156
My bet: One of APEX goons here will smack Doc in the head, leaving him unconscious. Then he will mutate after they left while he's asleep.
Also, the cop will totally become a monster in a couple strips. He's awake and without a gas mask in a house where two people were recently infected.
>>82425464
>Triggered kirbro
how can you guys waifu that character? honest question
>>82424048
Aaron confirmed that Sarah survived the destruction of Unity.
And that's it, it was a decent thread. Should we start another or wait until the wednesday's update?
>>82425595
uh yeah, it's not like it needed confirmation, you can actually see her far away from the blast zone on the last panel she appears on.
>>82425464
Pretty much why I stay out of the retarded waifu wars and don't want to draw Holly or Kirbee to trigger some flurry of dumb commentsSides guys need more attention too
>>82425511
Aaron stated early on in the comic that all mutants suffer from it in some way, and that he would explain later. He might have changed it from then but has given no word on it
>>82425517
Nah, the cool cop seems to be the Typhoid Mary type. Might happen to the other one.
>>82425664
Is there anything left to say?
>>82425717
well there's a reason there are no husbando wars, everyone agrees that Jim is the ultimate husbando... there's no question about that
>>82425857
>implying it ain't Maude's husband
The ultimate husband for the ultimate wife.
>>82425019
Didn't Aaron say that the Al/Gustine arcs and the Wally/Holly arcs actually begin around the same time, though?
>>82425933
all he did was suck tits, Jim would literally put his life in the line for you, he's willing to kill anyone and mutate if need be.
>>82425992
When you put it like that he does sound pretty good. He's exactly the kind of person Sarah needed to save her cancer-ridden ass.
>>82402274
Gee whiz
>>82425935
Yep, the Quest arc is over with by the time Wally and Holly attend the pro-mutant seminar
>>82426146
Right. Assuming the arcs start at the same time, Al is out in the wastes for a while at the start, then comes back with the beans and faffs about for a little bit before the bean orgy. So how long was Wally laid up before he could walk around freely with Holly? Could they both have "bean" in attendance? Enquiring minds want to know!
>>82413659
I need to post this before the thread dies
>>82426391
cool cop gives no fucks
All this talk about husbands reminds me of that brutal page where Linda asks why hasn't the girlfriend of the guy who used to live in her apartment come for his stuff and Maude simply says "she killed herself". Welcome to Endtown, indeed.
I wonder if this stuff comes easily to Aaron or if the setting just lends itself easily for that kind of thing.
>>82426391
Fuck Wally and co. Lovehammer is the one that will defeat "I"!
>>82426391
"I came to Neitherland to chew gum and kick ass. And I'm all out of gum."
>>82412521
>Holly steals one of the cars to get away
>Stands on the seat with a brick on the accelerator
