This is a classic case of hollywood not knowing what to do with the 3D CGI animated genre (outside of visionaries like Pixar) for nearly two decades thinking that only talking animal movies were viable but now realize that they can turn social media, video games and pop culture fluff into movies. Pixar has their hits and misses, but so far they're the only company to do anything outside of Hollywood Trend formulas that has suck or proven itself successful, outside of course of Disney's other CGI animated studio that has done Frozen and Zootopia.

Of the games you listed, my guess is that they'd go for the ones that allow for more action because, as Transformers has shown, CGI garbage that's rolling in action can and does still make a ton of money. Farmville doesn't apply to that, but the commercials for Clash of Clans already have that in mind, so I think that'd be the most likely choice.
