This is a the worst classic Titans revival book.
At least Technis Imperative and that first arc Winick did were good on their Titans reboots, even if the later issues all went to shit. WTF is this? This is awful.

eh it's not that bad I guess? It's just really hampered by the fact that it needs to explain why no one remembers the titans. Otherwise it's cool, Abnett included a lot of non-well known characters and it's pretty fun. Once Rebirth launches, maybe they'll retcon something in to make it better
