It feels weird being anti-circumcision because it's fucked up to do that to somebody that can't consent, but also being circumcised for a legitimate medical purpose. If I didn't get cut, I'd have...well I don't know the term, but it's not phimosis. I'd have foreskin so tight that it'd legitimately hurt to get a boner. I know I'd rather be without some feeling than not be able to enjoy an erection my entire life.

I don't think anybody is against that kind of circumcision, but that would be a tiny number of the people who are circumcised at birth.
Also just so you know, a lot of Americans with foreskins think they have phimosis when they don't (but of course doctors love those foreskin shekels, just have it chopped off) and they just need to stretch their foreskin more. The foreskin doesn't retract as a kid until you forcibly make it retract for the first when you're playing with yourself, and it is painful the first few times. It's like the male version of popping your cherry.
