I'm pretty positive that whatever is going on there will not happen if you highlight and copy+paste the link into your browser URL bar. I assume you are using an extension or script (4chan's inline or 3rd party) to turn URLs into clickable links, and that's probably what's causing noscript to complain, since it thinks whatever script is running attached to those generated links is attempting click jacking or parameter injection.
