I always read him as Mike Tyson, is that wrong?
I read his lines more or less in Ving Rhames's voice, bit of a lazy choice maybe.

I can't name a specific name, but I don't hear a booming baritone like some of the anons in this thread.
The closest I can think of is John DiMaggio doing his black guy voice, but even that isn't quite right.
